Rates

Listed below are our current rates and charges. Please review this list and check back periodically, as prices are subject to change without notice.

The rates below do not include the price of any parts or software that may be required when working on your computer(s). The price of any parts, components, and software will be reflected on your final invoice. You will be notified for approval before any parts or software are purchased for your machine. Armbrister Computer Services will NEVER charge you for unnecessary parts or software. If you have any questions regarding rates or charges, please do not hesitate to inquire about them before making an appointment.

On-site Service

Regular Service Call: $50.00 + mileage
Service calls include up to one (1) hour of labor as required, at no additional charge. After the included hour is expired, time will be billed at our standard on-site hourly rate in 1/4-hour increments (please see below).
Standard On-site rate: $40.00/hr.
Charged in 1/4 hour increments.
On-site Tutoring: $25.00/hr. + mileage
Need a little help getting to know your computer? Consider our in-home tutoring services. Sometimes a little one-on-one help in your own home or business is just what the doctor ordered. And don't worry - unlike some places we won't make you feel like a dummy just because you need a few pointers. By appointment only. 1 hour ($25) minimum and standard mileage charges apply (please see below).
Mileage: $0.50/mile, round-trip
To help cover vehicle expenses and fuel, on-site calls will be subject to mileage charges. Mileage is computed by the number of miles (round trip) to your home or business from Langley, OK (at the junction of hwys 28 & 82) and back. All calls will be billed a $5 minimum for mileage.

In-shop Service

Standard In-shop rate: $40.00/hr.
Charged in 1/4 hour increments. Please note that there will be a minimum 1 hour charge ($40.00) due on all in-shop work.
